1. What we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and display name. When you run an audit we store the crawl data (pages, headings, links, images, structured data) needed to produce your report. We never collect passwords — authentication uses secure credentials you provide at sign-up and passwords are hashed.

2. How we use data

Crawl data is used solely to generate your SEO reports and is retained so you can re-open past audits. We do not sell your personal data or your websites’ data to third parties.

3. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Sharing

Reports you explicitly mark as shared are accessible via a public token link. Reports that are not shared remain private to your account.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your stored crawl data.
