1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SEO Harbor you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

SEO Harbor provides automated website crawling and SEO analysis. Results are generated from live crawl data and provided as-is. They are informational and do not guarantee search rankings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only to audit websites you own or are authorised to analyse, and not to attempt to overload or gain unauthorised access to any system. Automated crawling is subject to rate limits and robots.txt compliance.

4. Accounts & plans

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time. Usage is limited per the plan you select.

5. Liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Harbor is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
